Stark & Stark Attorney Qualified to Advise on the Intricacies Of Obtaining LEED Certification for Building Projects

  Stark & Stark Attorney Vincent J. Mangini has just been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council/Green Building Certification Institute’s LEED Professional Accreditation program.  Mr. Mangini is now part of a select group of professionals qualified to advise on the intricacies of obtaining LEED Certification for building projects.
  A driving factor in seeking LEED certification for a project is to take advantage of many state and local government incentives such as tax credits, tax breaks, density bonuses, reduces fees, priority or expedited permitting, free or reduced cost technical assistance, grants and low interest loans.
  Vincent J. Mangini is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use group, where he concentrates his practice in the area of green development law, land use, redevelopment, historic preservation, and commercial transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements office and retail leases, construction contracts and architectural services agreements.  Mr. Mangini also litigates disputes over land use approvals and redevelopment area designations.

  •   January is not a big month for “don’t miss” events, But it is home to one of, if not “the,” premier events of the year—the State Chamber’s annual “Walk to Washington.”
      The tradition began in 1937 when several of the state's top business executives took a train to Washington to have dinner with New Jersey's congressional delegation. The rest is history. The Walk to Washington obtained its name when participants realized that few sit on the train; they literally walk the train mingling and exchanging business cards the whole way to Washington.
