The Bloom Organization Questions “Who says the commercial real estate market is bad?”

01/03/12

The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate development firm in South Jersey, shares a positive outlook on the real estate market. In 2011, the firm finalized 130 new and renewed leases for a total of approximately one million square feet. The combination of commercial space includes industrial, office and flex that cross industries. Tenants state South Jersey remains a popular choice for several reasons. According to K.C. Isdaner, Chief Operating Officer at The Bloom Organization, they cite the location as a primary reason with its close proximity to Center City Philadelphia and easy access throughout the northeast corridor. The labor pool and residential affordability round out the top three reasons.
“This year is not an anomaly,” he adds. “From 2009 to 2011, we have seen increase of up to 40% in new leases. Who says the commercial real estate market is bad?”

  •    It was a new format and a new location for the Rutgers Quarterly Business Outlook last month as a panel of experts took on the topic of Green Energy.
Ralph LaRossa, President and Chief Operating Officer of PSE&G, reminded a crowd of 300 South Jersey business leaders packed into the Rutgers-Camden Student Center conference hall that the state’s energy master plan calls for 22.5% of the state’s power to come from renewable sources by 2021.
