Intellectual Property Attorney Chipo M. Jolibois Recipient of The Forum Award for Emerging Women Leaders

  Intellectual Property Attorney Chipo M. Jolibois, counsel and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Flaster/Greenberg’s Trenton office, is this year’s recipient of The Forum of Executive Women’s Forum Award for Emerging Women Leaders.  The award, which includes a scholarship for leadership training, will be presented to Chipo M. Jolibois at the annual meeting of The Forum of Executive Women on June 17 at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. 
  The award is funded by The Forum Foundation.  Chipo M. Jolibois was selected on the basis of her professional accomplishments and potential for community leadership.

Recognizing that low morale had contributed to lackluster financial results, Conant and the company adopted a new pledge to win in the marketplace by winning in the workplace, and developed new strategies to improve its performance in both. Since that time, employee engagement has become the company's key measure of workplace success. Total shareowner return became Campbell's key measure in the marketplace - against both measures, the company has made significant progress.
