   Markeim-Chalmers, Inc., a leading commercial real estate and appraisal firm in Southern New Jersey, announces the negotiation of several commercial sales and leases in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Representing more than 72,000-square feet, the deals involve office and retail sites plus a 27-unit apartment complex.

   The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate development firm in South Jersey, shares a positive outlook on the real estate market. In 2011, the firm finalized 130 new and renewed leases for a total of approximately one million square feet. The combination of commercial space includes industrial, office and flex that cross industries. Tenants state South Jersey remains a popular choice for several reasons.

  In 1948, George Hutchinson and his sons started Hutchinson Plumbing Heating Cooling with their entire life savings - $35 in a cigar box. The Hutchinson Brothers still reign at the helm of what is now, one of the largest full-service, plumbing, heating, cooling and energy contractors in the Delaware Valley. If you asked me four years ago, would I have started a print publication while others are struggling and knowing of the uncertain economic conditions lying ahead, I probably would have hesitated. But thanks to you, SNJ Business People has continued to grow substantially year after year.

  Kennedy’s outpatient Dialysis Centers in Voorhees and Washington Township, NJ, have received “5 Diamond Patient Safety Status” from Quality Insights Renal Network Three (QIRN3). This top distinction places Kennedy’s Dialysis Centers as two of only 25 programs in Renal Network 3, which oversees 170 units, currently to receive “5 Diamond Status.”
